  • 2 cups Quick Oats
  • 1cup Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 1/2cup Peanut ButterUnsalted and unsweetened
  • 4tbsp Honey
  • 1/2cup Shredded CoconutUnsweetened
  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the oats, dark chocolate chips, peanut butter, and honey until well combined.
  2. Using a table spoon, form the dough into small, bite-sized balls. Roll balls in shredded coconut until completely covered.
  3. Place finished product on a lined baking sheet and chill in fridge for 1 hour. Store finished energy bites in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
