  • 1head Celery
  • 1large Cucumber
  • 1knob Fresh Ginger
  • 1cup Frozen Kale
  • 1cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1juiced Lime
  • 1juiced Lemon
  • Coconut Wateramount depends on preferred viscosity
  • Silicone Ice Tray
  1. Cut the celery and cucumber into small enough chunks to fit into the blender.
  2. Add all the ingredients, besides the coconut water, into the blender and blend until well mixed. Add coconut water as needed to create a smooth texture.
  3. Transfer smoothie mix into silicone ice tray and freeze until solid.
  4. Smoothie cubes can be stored in tray, or in storage container, in the freezer for up to one month.
  5. Whip up the smoothie in less than 5 minutes by adding frozen smoothie ice cubes and coconut water to a blender, blend until smooth and ENJOY!
